Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Process customer orders and handle returns and exchanges

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Continuously strive to improve the customer experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong computer skills and proficiency in customer service software and databases
Experience in e-commerce customer service is a plus
