My name is Alex Oliveira and I am the creator of this course and I’m going to guide you through your
journey into learning how to generate leads online and how to convert them into sales.
And the goal is ultimately to help you grow your business, whether you’re a solopreneur, a small business
owner, or working in a marketing role for a mid-size to Fortune 500 company.

To this one, our focus is not really at the top of the funnel creating content and social media.
Our goal is to take everything that you do from the first interaction that a prospect has with your
company, with your brand, and bring them down that path to success.
And success for you means building a relationship, not necessarily a sale.
It’s clear that some people, some consumers, whether online or in person, will want to walk with
you before they run with you.
And that’s what we teach you, is how to nurture those leads.
So not only what tools do you need, such as your website and content, social media, email marketing,
all the different channels that exist in this digital marketing ecosystem, right?
Also known as Internet marketing or online marketing.
There are so many channels.
What we like to do is integrate them, help you define your audience, elevate your brand, create a
marketing campaign that has purpose and is strong with your calls to actions, your landing pages,
and just overall elevate the customer experience, all that so that the customer can feel more comfortable,
trust you more, and then the rest is up to you as far as pricing, positioning and how you follow up.
But we do have chapters in here that will cover business development and a little bit of customer service
in terms of reviews and other things that are expected for you to do online in order for you to have
a more competitive digital footprint than your competitors.
So we’ll review all of that.
But really, the goal is to give you this framework or blueprint that will help you get to know your
customers better.

and become raving fans, all that to increase the lifetime value and ultimately lower your cost per
acquisition.
